FIXED: Pulse SMS Login is fixed.
If you are still unable to connect or the app continues to crash, please let us know by replying to a ticket you submitted or sending a new request.
Error Message - Your login details may be incorrect - or your account may be expired.
Please ensure that you're logged in on the Google Play/Play Store app (on your phone) with the email address you used in purchasing your premium subscription. If you're logged in to multiple Google accounts on Google Play, please log out of the other accounts.
After that, you may need to reinstall the Pulse SMS Android app. Once done, open the app, then access the side menu > [Upgrade to Pulse SMS+] and tap on [Restore], which is found below the screen. On the next screen, the app will automatically check and restore your subscription. Once you're done, please tap on [Login], where you can input your login credentials.
If you're able to log in, please try to log back in on the desktop/web app as well (in case the issue happens there).
If this does not work, please send us the email receipt of your premium subscription/membership so we can investigate further. Please ensure the order number is indicated in the receipt. The order number should look like this: GPA.NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNNN (when "N" represents any number)
