How do I download Pulse SMS?
Download the app (for FREE) from the Play Store.
How do I log in to my account?
To get started, just open the Pulse SMS app on your Android device and sign up for an account from the Upgrade to Pulse SMS+ screen. A premium subscription is necessary so you can create an account.
If you have an existing premium subscription, you can try to restore it by using the Restore option found at the bottom of the Upgrade to Pulse SMS+ screen. After that, you can log in to your account.
If you see the My Account section in the app's side menu, then you have already set up an account and you're currently logged in to it. You can reset the password by using the Refresh Account option on that screen.
How do I purchase a subscription?
Account creation and purchases are done completely through your Android phone since all purchases run through Google Play.
To set up an account, please follow the instructions on the signup page, then you will be able to use that login information on all of your other devices.
How do I change the email, password, phone number, or other account information?
Go to the My Account section on your Android phone and use Refresh Account.
How do I delete my account?
You can go to the My Account section on an Android phone to remove your account. This will delete all messages from the web services.
Your account is automatically deleted after 2 months of inactivity. If you purchased the one-time (lifetime) membership, it is stored on your Google account and will be restored if you create a new Pulse SMS account. Accounts are periodically removed because they are unnecessary. If you were to come back to the account and log in, it would download all the messages from the cloud to your phone, leaving you with only old messages on the phone. This presents a major issue for the user, so instead of logging in to the old account, the user should just create a new account instead.
