How do I sign up/create an account?
Account creation is only possible if you have an active premium subscription. For more info, please check this article.
How do I log in to my account?
During the initial setup, the Pulse SMS Android app prompts you to log in. If you skip this prompt, you can go to the side menu and tap the Login option to log in to your Pulse SMS+ account.
If you see the My Account option instead of the Login option, you are currently logged in to your account.
How do I change the email address, password, phone number, or other account information?
Go to the My Account screen on your Android phone and use Refresh Account.
How do I delete my account (on the Pulse SMS Android app)?
Go to the My Account screen on an Android phone to remove your Pulse SMS+ account. This will delete all messages from the web services.
Your account is automatically deleted after 2 months of inactivity. For more information, click here: What Happens to Inactive Accounts?
