Template Formatting Sync in Pulse SMS
We’re excited to announce a new update to Pulse SMS based on user feedback! Template formatting is now fully synchronized across the Android app and the web/desktop app, making it easier than ever to retain your preferred message styling.
What’s New?
Previously, templates created in the Android app could be formatted with customized styles, but these adjustments weren’t retained when sending via the web/desktop app. With this update, any formatting applied to templates in the Android app will now be preserved when accessed and sent from the web/desktop app. This update also works the other way—from the web/desktop app to the Android app.
How to Use Template Formatting
In the Android app, create or edit a template with your preferred formatting (such as line breaks). Any template you create will automatically sync across devices without any additional configuration. When you log into Pulse SMS on the web/desktop app, the same formatting will appear and be ready to use. Previously, formatting was not retained and messages would appear in a single line, but now, any custom styling you applied—such as line breaks—will be preserved.
Now, whether you’re using Pulse SMS on your phone or computer, your templates will look exactly as you intended—making it easier to stay consistent in your messaging.
