Pulse SMS' blocklist-by-phrase feature would allow you to disable any of these types of messages. If you blocklist the exact phrase that you don't want to see such as "Liked a photo", those messages would be discarded when they are received.
If this is something you want to do, we recommend long-pressing the messages and copying the exact message text (or a subset of the text) because Apple may use different characters for their quotations, etc. Copying and pasting the text of the message into the BlockList would ensure you are blocking the correct characters.
On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that our app's premium version (Pulse SMS+) includes the Enhanced Reactions feature, which displays reactions as icons/emojis instead of in text form.
