Pulse SMS - Can I turn off the sound that the app makes when sending a message?

Yes, disabling the Sound Effects option in Settings will remove the sending sound. The sending sound is currently the only thing affected by the Sound Effects option.

The volume for this sent sound should match your notification volume.
