Your account is automatically deleted after 2 months of inactivity. If you purchased the One Time (lifetime) membership or if you have an active premium subscription, it is stored on your Google account and will be restored if you create a new Pulse SMS+ account. Accounts are periodically removed because they are unnecessary. If you were to come back to the account and log in, it would download all the messages from the cloud to your phone, leaving you with only old messages on the phone. This presents a major issue for the user, so instead of logging in to the old account, you should just create a new account instead.
